US Marines ... serving in Iraq

"We spoke to one of the Marines on Sunday and ... He said that Iraq is getting worse. One of the guys that they went to Iraq with last year and were good friends with was killed two weeks ago, along with two others. He was only 21 years old, he was married and had a one year old little girl. Just ask everyone to pray that God will intervene some how ... keeping my friend from going to Iraq, and will bring our other friend home safe."

Carolyn is suffering with blood circulation problems. Ulcers formed on her feet … one foot healed up, but the other hasn’t. The main arteries in her leg are not carrying blood to her foot. The doctors have suggested several options, the last being to close off those arteries. I don’t have many details, but this is serious as she has also been told she may lose her foot. She is obviously very upset about this. Let’s pray and believe God to work for her. (Carolyn is Pastor Kenneth Powell’s mother.)
